Dr. Maria Carmela Capule
Managing Director / Senior Environmental ConsultantDr. Maria Carmela Capule has more than 30 years of experience in both government and private practice in environmental management with expertise in all aspects of the environment. She is the adviser of the Environmental Practitioners Association Inc. (EPA), president of the Industrial Hygienists Association of the Philippines Inc. (IHAP), and treasurer of the Air and Waste Management Association – Philippine Section (AWMA).
She is the chairman of the Laboratory Accreditation Technical Committee (LATC) in Chemical Testing and a technical assessor of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau under the Department of Trade and Industry (PAB-DTI). She became a technical assessor for laboratory accreditation by the Environmental Management Bureau of the DENR. She is an accredited EIA preparer, with accreditation no. IPCO-045, issued by the DENR-EMB. She is an accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) consultant. She is an accredited ADB local environmental specialist.

Environmental ConsultantEngr. Marilou P. Avenido has more than 30 years of experienced in both Government and Private Practice in Environmental Management with expertise in Chemical and Hazardous Waste Management. She became the OIC of Environmental Impact Assessment Section and Chief of Toxic Chemicals and Hazardous Wastes Section at the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III. She is an accredited EIA preparer with accreditation no. IPCO-044 issued by the DENR-EMB.
Mr. Ricardo Capule
President / Senior Environmental SpecialistMr. Ricardo Capule is the President and owner of KRC Environmental Services. He is specialized in Water and Wastewater Treatment Design, Air Pollution Control Design specific on Power Plants. He had been with Hyundai Engineering in Seoul, South Korea as Team Leader, Power Plant Department for nine (9) years.
President, ACCUSERVICES INC. He worked as Air Quality Monitoring Manager at CRL Calabarquez Corp. from 2004-2007. He was a former employee of the Environmental Management Bureau, Region III as Environmental Specialist. His expertise is on water, wastewater and power plant designs, hazardous waste treatment, air pollution control and noise. He is a registered EIA Preparer of EMB.
